Cases heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on March 4

In Northern Berkshire District Court on Friday:

Levi Grover, 28, of Old Columbia Street, Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of shoplifting by asportation that was continued without a finding until June 3. He was fined $50.

Daniel Kirkley, 32, of Crossey Place, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of operating under the influence that was continued without a finding until March 3, 2017. He was fined $600. Charges of leaving the scene of property damage, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and use of a motor vehicle without authority were continued without a finding and dismissed.

Jamar Johnson-Dowdell, 34, of Arnold Street, Williamstown, had a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth and was found not responsible for not having an inspection sticker.
