An explanation of the state’s timetable for the start of Berkshire Scenic Railway service in North County was not included in an article in Monday’s paper. According to Sara Lavoie of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation: "Our goal is to get tourist trains running in 2014 between North Adams and Adams on the existing railroad track. This is the first project. The second project will extend the track and trains six-tenths of a mile to the Adams Visitors Center on Hoosac Street."
