Brian Anthony Salvie, son of John and Christine Salvie of Pittsfield, graduated summa cum laude from St. Anselm College in Manchester, N.H., on May 21. He is attending Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston to pursue a career in dentistry.
Patrick J. Laughnan, son of James and Maureen Moriarty Laughnane of Rose Terrace, Pittsfield, graduated from the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
Laughnan received a doctor of pharmacy degree. He is a 2010 graduate of Taconic High School.
Erin Rosalie Ostheimer, a 2012 graduate of Mount Greylock Regional High School, daughter of Dr. Ronna Tulgan Ostheimer and Thomas Ostheimer of Williamstown and granddaughter of Norma Propp Tulgan and Dr. Henry Tulgan of Pittsfield, graduated magna cum laude on June 12 from Union College, Schenectady, N.Y.
She was elected to Alpha Kappa Delta for outstanding work in Sociology and to Phi Alpha Theta for an outstanding academic record in history.
She has taken a position with Good Shepherd Services in New York City.
University of Massachusetts Dartmouth graduated the following students during the May 13 and 14 commencement ceremonies:

Dean Covert of Pittsfield earned a bachelor of arts degree in cinematography/videography.
Victoria Loubert of Housatonic earned a bachelor of fine arts degree in producing.
