Comedian Tim Dillion coming to Mass MoCA
NORTH ADAMS — Comedian Tim Dillon is going to hell, but first, he's going to make a stop at Mass MoCA on Saturday, Oct. 1, for a night of laughs presented by High Mud Comedy Fest.
Dillion is a New York City-based comic who was a breakout at the 2016 Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in the New Faces category. Last seen at MASS MoCA with Chris Gethard in January 2016, he's performed at both the New York and Brooklyn Comedy Festivals and was featured on NBC's "Last Comic Standing," "The Chris Gethard Show" on Fusion, Fox's "Red Eye," and AXS TV's "Gotham Comedy Live."
He most recently competed on Tru Tv's "Comedy Knockout" and launched his new hit podcast, "Tim Dillon Is Going To Hell."
This is how Dillion introduces himself in a Mass MoCA press release announcing the comedy event: "I was a child actor. I started doing coke at 12. My mother's a schizophrenic. I was a closeted homosexual. I'm politically all over the map, though I lean conservative. I was in the mortgage industry. I idolize hucksters, thieves, cons, and cheats. My dream is to be a traveling salesman through America. And if comedy works, that's nice too."
Tickets are $10 student, $16 advance, $22 day of and $28 preferred. The show starts at 8 p.m.
