n Reid Middle School received a total of $504,000 in federal funding for a program designed to provide academic enrichment activities that would help students get ready for and succeed at college and eventually the workforce. The amount was incorrect in a story published in Friday’s Eagle.

n Steve Vilot, owner of Sim’s Barber Shop, is not a member of the state Board of Barbers, according to a representative of a state consumer agency. Vilot was listed as a member of that board in a story that was published in Wednesday’s Eagle.
