Dalton: Handmade Holiday Festival weekend

Alchemy Initiative's ninth annual Handmade Holiday Festival, a curated holiday marketplace featuring artisans, farmers and food producers, runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 2, and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 3, at The Stationery Factory, 63 Flansburg Ave.

Nearly 70 vendors will fill four rooms of the factory with their handmade goods. The event also includes live music, locally roasted coffee, prepared food, and craft-making for children and teens. Shire Breu-Hous, the new brewery and restaurant on site, will extend their hours.

Admission is free. The venue is handicap accessible with free parking.
