Dangerousness hearing set for Pittsfield man accused of child rape

PITTSFIELD — A city man is due back in court on Friday in connection with charges that he raped a child.

Logan M. Delisle, 18, whose address is listed as homeless in Pittsfield, was arrested on a warrant about 10 a.m. Wednesday on North Street.

Details of the accusation were unavailable because records in the case were ordered sealed.

Delisle entered a not guilty plea Wednesday in Central Berkshire District Court to one count of rape of a child with force.

He was ordered to be held without bail pending Friday's dangerousness hearing, at which a judge will determine if bail should be set and in what amount.
