Free dental care reaches 800 NH kids
CONCORD, N.H. (AP) -- The New Hampshire Dental Society says more than 800 children across New Hampshire took part in last month's "Give Kids a Smile Day."
The program, led by the American Dental Association, involves dentists offering free services, often in cooperation with local schools.
This year, more than 45 New Hampshire dentists participated, providing thousands of dollars' worth of care including cleanings, sealants, fillings and x-rays.
