Good service isn't dead quite yet

During these times of on-line everything, recorded phone greetings that ask for your account number instead of saying hello, and supermarkets that want you to ring up your own sales and bag them, I was truly impressed by outstanding service I received earlier this month.

Maurice Peoples of Time Warner Cable restored my faith. I was anxious to have cable restored and he arrived shortly after 9 a.m. He solved the mystery and fixed the problem after going through a number of efficient steps. More than a hundred apartments in a residential facility must present challenges for any serviceperson, but this man knows his work. Best of all, he is considerate and mannerly while he does his work. Encountering other residents as he moved through the building, his friendliness and good manners were obvious to everyone.

An individual like Maurice Peoples cannot be replaced by computer programs or automation. He is a true professional and makes a fine impression for his company.
