Great Barrington: Senior Center to hold tag/collectible sale

The Claire Teague Senior Center will hold a tag/collectible sale from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 29, in the Senior Center parking lot at 917 South Main St., Route 7.

In the event of rain, the sale will move indoors. Admission is free.

Sponsored by the Friends of the Claire Teague Senior Center, proceeds will support programs and services at the center.

Tag sale items include housewares, small furniture, handmade crafts, flowers, plants, keepsakes, jewelry, garden items, and books.

Collector’s items include original posters from movies such as "Gone With the Wind," "E.T." and "Masterpiece Theater," vintage Baseball posters, Shaker labels, and post cards. All posters and ephemera are originals; no reproductions.

Freshly grilled hot dogs will be available.

Crafter and vendor tables are still available at $25 per table or $10 for seniors. Information: (413) 528-0659.
