Great Barrington: Workshops address anxiety, attention, autism

HANDLE of New England will present "Anxiety, Attention and Autism," level 1 and 2 workshops, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, June 25 and 26, at its office at 168 Main St.

This 12-hour course teaches the foundations and applications of HANDLE through the lens of anxiety, attention and the Autism Spectrum Disorder. Participants will explore the relationship between mental clarity and physiological well-being.

The cost is $250 per person or $400 for two registering together.
