NORTH ADAMS — A free healthy lifestyle program for parents, "Families Making Changes," will be held for six Wednesdays through April 15 from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m., at Haskins Center on State Street.

The series is free for Northern Berkshire families with children ages birth to 6 years old.

REACH's "Families Making Changes" Program helps families learn how to make healthy choices as part of a healthy lifestyle. In a relaxed atmosphere, participants will enjoy short lessons about nutrition, physical fitness and behavior changes, and will practice making small goals to improve their health in a big way.

Light snacks, weekly raffle prizes, and rotating speakers will keep the lessons fun for all. On-site child care will be provided. Call Family Net at 664-4821 to register.

The program is sponsored by Northern Berkshire Family Net and Northern Berkshire Community Partnership, programs of Child Care of the Berkshires Inc.
