Help came from good Samaritan

Posted
Saturday March 23, 2013

On Monday, March 4, at approximately 12:30 p.m., I tripped and fell to the pavement in front of Royal Cleaners on Tyler Street. As I was trying to get myself together, a car stopped and two lovely women came to my assistance. They got me a blanket from the car and called 911 to get me the help I needed as I was bleeding from my face and had injured my knee. One of the women stayed with me until the EMTs and firemen arrived.

I was taken to the Berkshire Medical Center emergency room where I received excellent care from Dr. Owen and the nurses. I did not get the names of the women who helped me, but God bless you for your much-needed assistance.
