Lenox girls

The Lenox (10-9) girls basketball teamed qualified for the Western Massachusetts tournament without taking the court.

The Millionaires earned their 10th of the season after Berlin, N.Y. forfeited the game.

Injuries have hampered the Millionaires as of late, so qualifying via forfeit gives players more time to heal.

"We were hoping to do it on the court," Lenox coach Mike Nykorchuck said "With all the adversity we went through, it's good to qualify."
