PITTSFIELD — Jake Flynn dominated on the mound for Taconic on Tuesday, allowing only one hit in a 13-0 win over Sci-Tech.

The win is the Braves' 10th, qualifying them for the Western Mass. tournament. Flynn struck out 11 and walked only one in the shutout. Jack Cooney led the offense with two hits, two runs scored, four stolen bases and two RBI. Deonte Sandifer had two hits and four RBI. Ryan Abel, Brett Murphy and Abdiel Cotto-Hernandez had two hits each.

WILLIAMSTOWN >> Southwick slugger Jake Goodreau's fifth-inning two-run double provided the winning runs against Mount Greylock.

The Mounties (6-5) added one run in the seventh, but they could not complete the comeback. Andrew Mitchell led the Rams on the mound. He struck out six and walked only one.

"[Mitchell] was around the plate the whole game," Greylock coach Steve Messina said. "He had a nice curveball, mixed it up, changed speeds and threw strikes."

HOOSAC 15, DRURY 3

ADAMS >> Hoosac Valley used its 14 hits to score in every inning, leading to a five-inning win over Drury. The Hurricanes (4-4) had seven extra-base hits. Abby Jamros had two doubles. Sienna Witherall had a double and a triple. Kali Puppolo earned the win. She struck out eight.

"We hit the ball very well. They were all hard shots," Hoosac coach Mike Ameen said. "It was a very good game offensively."

Drury is 3-7.

Elena Ceveira recorded a double and scored twice for the Mounties (5-5) while Olivia DiNicola and Carly Munzer each tripled.

For Lee (5-6), Shannon Finnegan was 2 for 3 and scored a run.

LENOX >> Ashley Zink recorded two triples, two RBI and two runs scored for Wahconah in its win over Lenox.

The Warriors (9-3) had 13 hits overall, including four doubles to go along with the aforementioned triples. Marki LaRochelle, Hailey Smith, Chloe Warren and Jess Warren had the doubles for Wahconah.

For Lenox (3-10), Kate Arace and Kasey Valle registered hits.

Emily Shaw tripled for Monument Mountain (4-5).

POPE FRANCIS 7, MCCANN TECH 5

NORTH ADAMS >> Alanza Quinones went 4 for 4 with two doubles and a triple for McCann Tech, but Pope Francis escaped with the win.

Alexa Keough went 3 for 4 with a double and a run scored for Pope Francis.

The Hornets are now 3-9 overall and 3-4 in the Bi-County West.

LEE >> Mount Greylock used a 12-goal first half to defeat Lee. Emma Polumbo scored six goals, leading the Mounties' offense.

Sarah Stripp had four goals and three assists. Defensively, Julia Whitney made 20 saves.

Mikayla DeSantis led Lee with six goals and one assist. The win gives Greylock (12-1, 10-0) double-digit league wins.
