Berkshire duo to All-Star Game

SHEFFIELD — Two Berkshire School boys' soccer standouts will play in the High School Soccer All-American Game, scheduled for Orlando, Fla., on Dec. 2.

Mo Omar and Ahria Simons are two of the 38 high school soccer players selected to play in the game. They will play for the East team.

"Both Mo and Ahria have grown to be key members of the Berkshire team during their time under the Mountain," coach Charlie Bour said in a release. "Each has his own strength as a player and their talent is undeniable."

The duo join seven other former Bears who have played in the game since it began in 2011. Among those who have played are current NYCFC player Jack Harrison and Georgetown sophomore Ifunanyachi Achara.
