In Northern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday:

James Howe, 20, of Meadowbrook Lane, Cheshire, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. He was found not responsible for failing to stop.

Jenna Williamson, 22, of East Orchard Street, Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of shoplifting by asportation, which was continued without a finding until Feb. 22, 2016. She was fined $50.

Richard Bostwick, 37, of Cleveland Avenue, North Adams, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. He was found not responsible for a number plate violation.

Francisco Ramos, 37, of Frederick Street, North Adams, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, continued without a finding until May 23, 2016. It will be dismissed upon his acquisition of an active license. Ramos was found not responsible for not having an inspection sticker and for a marked lanes violation.

Kaitlyn Lemire, 22, of Angeli Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of shoplifting by asportation that was continued without a finding until Feb. 22, 2016. Lemire was fined $50.

Eugenio Medina, 20, of Chase Avenue, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of class A drug possession that was continued without a finding until April 29, 2016.

Jacob Frusciente, 23, of Daniels Avenue, Pittsfield, pleaded guilty to single counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, and class A drug possession. He was sentenced to six months in jail.
