In Southern Berkshire District Court Thursday:

Douglas N. Shaley, 22, of Alum Hill Road, Ashley Falls, submitted to sufficient facts for a plea of guilty to one count of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He was fined a total of $665, ordered to surrender his license for 45 days and ordered to attend an alcohol education program. His case was continued without a finding until Nov. 3, 2016. He was found not responsible to a charge of speeding.

Natasha M. Sarro, 34, of Sharon Station Road, Amenia, N.Y. submitted to sufficient facts for a plea of guilty to one count of possession of heroin and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. She was fined a total of $250. She was found not responsible to a charge of driving outside marked lanes.

Connor M. Conant, 19, of Pine Grove Drive, Pittsfield, submitted to sufficient facts for a plea of guilty to one count each of disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and providing liquor to an individual under 21. He also submitted to sufficient facts to one count of destruction of property over $250. He was ordered to pay $500 in restitution.
