In Northern Berkshire District Court on Tuesday:

Sabrina Rodriguez, 22, of Main Street, Bennington, Vt., admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of trespassing and shoplifting by concealing merchandise. She was sentenced to two days in jail with two days of credit for time already served.

Ashley Ring, 24, of Bradley Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of disorderly conduct that was continued without a finding until April 15, 2016. She was fined $50.

Brandon Smith, 20, of Mohawk Forest Boulevard, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of a civil rights violation. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, with 25 days of credit for time already served, concurrent with a previously imposed sentence.
