In Southern Berkshire District Court on Monday:

David J. Giblin, Jr., 32, of Park Street, Housatonic, was found guilty of shoplifting and carrying a dangerous weapon. He was sentenced to three days in the Berkshire County Jail & House of Correction, with credit for three days served.

In Northern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday:

Jennifer Estes, 40, of West Shaft Road, North Adams, was found guilty of larceny under $250 and larceny under $250 by a single scheme. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Edmund Howland, Jr., 50, of Mohawk Forest Boulevard, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle that was continued without a finding until Sept. 19, 2016. He was fined $50. Howland was found not responsible for a marked lanes violation.

David Salzarulo, 19, of Pomeroy Avenue, Pittsfield, had a charge of distributing a class D drug dismissed.

Jason Cote, 36, of Aztec Drive, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of operating under the influence that was continued without a finding until March 22, 2017. He was fined $600. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was continued without a finding and dismissed.

Tanecia Amos, 32, of Cross Road, Clarksburg, had charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration continued without a finding until May 23. Amos was fined $50.
