In Northern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday:

Garrett Davis, 30, Canal Drive, Belchertown, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of operating under the influence that was continued without a finding until June 7, 2017. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was continued without a finding and dismissed. Davis was found not responsible for a marked lanes violation.

Zach Lebarron, 22, of Union Street, North Adams, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. He was also found not responsible for speeding.

Carmelita Williams, 32, of Phillips Hill, Adams, had charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Williams was also found not responsible for speeding.

Jesse Brazee, Sr., 31, of Hancock Road, Hancock, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Aaron Silsby, 32, of Dover Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on charges of leaving the scene of property damage and intimidating a witness that were continued without a finding until Oct. 7.

In Southern Berkshire District Court on Monday:

Mark A. Allen, 49, of State Road, Great Barrington, submitted to sufficient facts for a plea of guilty to one count of indecent exposure. His case was continued without a finding until June 16. A charge of disturbing the peace was dismissed.

Garret H. Vil, 24, of Rich Avenue, Pittsfield, was sentenced to five days in the Berkshire County Jail & House of Correction after being found guilty to one count of receiving stolen property.

Randall T. Palmer, Jr., 23, of Via Bondi, Lee, submitted to sufficient facts for a plea of guilty to one count of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. He was ordered to surrender his license for 45 days and attend an alcohol education program. His case was continued without a finding until June 5, 2017.
