In Northern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday:

Stephen Troncoso, 27, of Quincy Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of class A drug possession that was continued without a finding until Dec. 9, 2016. He was fined $50. A charge of class C drug possession was continued without a finding and dismissed.

Lisa Chretien, 35, of Williamstown Road, Lanesborough, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of operating under the influence that was continued without a finding until March 10, 2017. She was fined $600. Charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration were dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

John Alfonso, II, 36, of State Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of larceny over $250 by false pretense that were continued without a finding until June 8. He was ordered to pay $850 in restitution.

Donna Phillips, 57, of Mohawk Trail, North Adams, had charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Christopher Hurlbut, 33, of Depot Street, Dalton, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of operating under the influence, second offense, that was continued without a finding until March 10, 2017. He was fined $600. Hurlbut was found not responsible for an improper turn and failing to keep right for oncoming traffic.
