In Berkshire Superior Court Wednesday:

Alexandria N. D'aloia, 20, of North Adams, was arraigned on charges of possession of heroin with intent to distribute and conspiracy to violate drug laws.

She was released on personal recognizance by Judge John Agostini.

The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant on Dec. 15, 2015.

Brian Ducksworth, 25, of Hartford, Conn., was arraigned on charges of possession of heroin with intent to distribute and conspiracy to violate drug laws.

He was released on $2,000 bail by Judge John Agostini.

The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant on Dec. 15, 2015.

Eric Hunt, 50, of Pittsfield was arraigned on charges of trafficking in cocaine, resisting arrest and failure to wear a seat belt.

He was released on $500 bail by Judge John Agostini.

The charges stem from a Pittsfield traffic stop on Dec. 7, 2015.

In Berkshire Superior Court Thursday:

Ryan J. Sullivan, 27, of Hinsdale was arraigned on five counts of felony daytime breaking and entering, six counts of larceny from a building, two counts of larceny over $250 and one count of wanton destruction of property.

Sullivan was released on his own recognizance by Judge John Agostini on the condition he have no contact with the alleged victim.

The charges stem from a series of breaks at a home in Washington between March 8, 2015 and August 9, 2015.

Kirk R. Sumner, Jr., 37, of Pittsfield was arraigned on five counts of felony daytime breaking and entering, six counts of larceny from a building, two counts of larceny over $250 and one count of wanton destruction of property.

Sumner was released on his own recognizance by Judge John Agostini on the condition he have no contact with the alleged victim.

The charges stem from a series of breaks at a home in Washington between March 8, 2015 and August 9, 2015.

Matthew J. Daignault, 22, of Hinsdale, was arraigned on four counts of felony daytime breaking and entering, three counts of larceny from a building, two counts of larceny over $250 and one count of larceny under $250.

Daignault was released on his own recognizance by Judge John Agostini on the condition he have no contact with the alleged victim.

The charges stem from a series of breaks at a home in Washington between July 25, 2015 and August 9, 2015.

Carl J. Litchfield, 55, of Hinsdale, was arraigned on four counts of felony daytime breaking and entering, three counts of larceny from a building, two counts of larceny over $250 and one count of larceny under $250.

Litchfield was released on his own recognizance by Judge John Agostini on the condition he have no contact with the alleged victim.

The charges stem from a series of breaks at a home in Washington between July 25, 2015 and August 9, 2015.
