In Southern Berkshire District Court on Thursday:

Suzanne B. Meyer, 52, of Rowe Road, Alford, submitted to sufficient facts for a plea of guilty to one count of shoplifting. She was fined a total of $100. Her case was continued without a finding until Feb. 25, 2016.

Stephen M. Stanley, 31, of Cape Street, Lee, was found guilty of shoplifting. He was sentenced to seven days in the Berkshire County Jail & House of Correction, to be served concurrently with a sentence he is presently serving.

Judy H. Harriot, 50, of Hull Ave., Pittsfield, submitted to sufficient facts for a plea of guilty to one count each of disturbing the peace and destruction of property. Her case was continued without a finding until May 23, 2016, and she was fined a total of $300.

In Northern Berkshire District Court on Friday:

Hannah Brazeau, 20, of Central Shaft Road, Florida, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of larceny over $250 by a single scheme that was continued without a finding until March 28, 2016. She was ordered to pay $321.92 in restitution.

Keith Stringer, 45, homeless, of Pittsfield, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of assault with a dangerous weapon. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days of credit for time already served.

Tracey Santiago, 26, of Francis Avenue, Pittsfield, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of larceny under $250 and trespassing.

Logan O'Neil, 27, of North Summer Street, Adams, had charges of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Tonia Maxwell, 37, of E Street, North Adams, had charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating an uninsured motor vehicle dismissed.

Alyssa Mcbee, 26, of Wheeler Avenue, Clarksburg, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license that was continued without a finding until March 28, 2016. She was found not responsible for a motor vehicle bylaw violation.

Joseph Guile, 27, of Gordon Street, Pittsfield, pleaded guilty to two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon and single counts of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, possession of ammunition without a firearm identification card, failing to stop for police, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating without an ignition interlock, and using a motor vehicle without authority. He was sentenced to one year in jail.
