In Northern Berkshire District Court on Friday:

Edward Hanify, 73, of Main Street, Williamstown, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of violating a harassment prevention order that was continued without a finding until Dec. 21. He was fined $50.

Dante Eller, 20, of Spring Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of assault and battery that was continued without a finding until April 21, 2017. He was fined $50.

Edward Demers, Jr., 36, of West Shaft Road North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license that was continued without a finding until Aug. 22, 2016. He was fined $50. Demers was found not responsible for a number plate violation.

Robert Dondi, 43, of Charles Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of shoplifting by concealing merchandise. He was fined $250.

Sherry Vallieres, 38, of Navajo Drive, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on charges of class A drug possession and conspiracy to violate drug law that were continued without a finding until Oct. 21. Vallieres was fined $50.
