In Southern Berkshire District Court on Monday:

John E. Mattvik Jr., 52, of Blaine Avenue, Holyoke, submitted to sufficient facts for a plea of guilty to one count of possession of a class A substance, to wit, heroin. His case was continued without a finding until Nov. 21, 2016.

Joshua R. Johnston, 25, of Pine Street, Great Barrington, submitted to sufficient facts for a plea of guilty to one count each of breaking and entering into a building in the nighttime, larceny over $250 and destruction of personal property. His case was continued without a finding until Aug. 21, 2017. A charge of receiving stolen property was dismissed.

In Northern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday:

Shannon Duchaine, 34, of Chickering Street, Pittsfield, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of class D drug distribution that was continued without a finding until Feb. 24, 2017. Charges of unlawful possession of fireworks and littering trash from a motor vehicle were continued without a finding and dismissed.

Cameron Lemieux, 27, of Wheeler Avenue, Clarksburg, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of domestic assault and battery that was continued without a finding until Aug. 25, 2017.

In Southern Berkshire District Court on Thursday:

Robert J. Heeder, 27, of Craryville, N.Y., submitted to sufficient facts for a plea of guilty to one count of leaving a firearm in a vehicle. His case was continued without a finding until May 22, 2017.

Alexsandr H. Sakharov, 18, of Green River Road, Alford, submitted to sufficient facts for a plea of guilty to one count of providing alcohol for a person under 21 years of age. His case was continued without a finding until Nov. 21, 2016. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.

Hana Sabboth, 66, of Lakeside Drive, Lee, submitted to sufficient facts for a plea of guilty to one count of leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Her case was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of $150 in court costs.

Luis X. Mercado, 25, of Holyoke, submitted to sufficient facts for a plea of guilty to one count each of breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and larceny over $250. His case was continued without a finding until Dec. 22, 2016.

Michele J. French, 23, of Winsted, Conn., submitted to sufficient facts for a plea of guilty to one count each of possession of a class C substance, to wit, Diazepan and operation of a motor vehicle after suspension of her license. Her case was continued without a finding until Sept. 22, 2016. She was found not responsible to one count each of an equipment violation and a lights violation on the car she was driving.

In Northern Berkshire District Court on Friday:

Joshua Tower, 37, of Spring Street, Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle that was continued without a finding until Sept. 26. A charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle was continued without a finding and dismissed. Tower was found not responsible for operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Paul Kwasniowski, 60, of Richardson Street, Cheshire, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of trespassing. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days of credit for time already served.

Alysha Lemay, 26, of Hall Street, North Adams, had charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.
