In Southern Berkshire District Court on Tuesday:
Mark R. Gaylord, 22, of Lebanon Avenue, Pittsfield, submitted to sufficient facts for a plea of guilty to one count each of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He was ordered to surrender his license for 45 days and enroll in an alcohol education program. His case was continued without a finding until Oct. 5, 2017. Charges of speeding and failure to wear a seat belt were filed. He was found not responsible to a charge of failing to stay within marked lanes.
Hayley Smith-Subecz, 23, of North Avenue, Otis, submitted to sufficient facts for a plea of guilty to one count of violation of an abuse order. Her case was continued without a finding until Nov. 10, 2016.
In Northern Berkshire District Court on Friday:
Lori Potter, 43, of Route 7, Stamford, Vt., had charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.
Brittanie Bonnivier, 21, of Beech Street, Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle that was continued without a finding until Nov. 14. She was found not responsible for not having an inspection sticker and not having a registration in possession.
Jessica Camacho, 25, of South Street, North Adams, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license continued without a finding until Feb. 13, 2017. She was found not responsible for not having an inspection sticker.
Mustafa Deen, 55, of Hancock Road, Hancock, admitted to sufficient facts on two counts of trespassing that were continued without a finding and dismissed.
