In Northern Berkshire District Court on Friday:

Max Bohan, 25, of Brenton Terrace, Pittsfield, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of assault and battery and class A drug possession. He was sentenced to 100 days in the House of Correction with 100 days of credit for time already served.

Mark Ring, 25, of Bradley Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of operating under the influence. He was sentenced to 61 days in the House of Correction.

In a separate case, Ring admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of class B drug possession. He was sentenced to 61 days in the House of Correction.

Francis Albis, Jr., 28, of Hudson Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of larceny over $250 and class E drug possession. He was placed on probation until Jan. 11, 2017, and fined $50.

Brianna Johnson, 26, of Gallup Street, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of intimidating a witness that was continued without a finding until Sept. 8, 2016. She was fined $50.
