In Southern Berkshire District Court on Tuesday:

James Pelisson, 56, of Sandy Hook, Conn., submitted to sufficient facts for a plea of guilty to one count of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. He was fined a total of $415, ordered to surrender his license for 45 days and ordered to attend an alcohol education program. His case was continued without a finding until Feb. 16, 2017. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was dismissed.

Nadine A. Parise, 36, of Asheulot Street, Dalton, submitted to sufficient facts for a plea of guilty to one count of larceny over $250. She was fined a total of $155 and her case was continued without a finding until Feb. 16, 2017.

In Southern Berkshire District Court on Thursday:

Julie A. Jones, 56, of Lakeville, Conn., submitted to sufficient facts for a plea of guilty to one count of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. She was fined a total of $600, ordered to surrender her license for 45 days and ordered to attend an alcohol education program. Her case was continued without a finding until Feb. 16, 2017. She was found not responsible to a charge of driving outside marked lines.

Patricia Stevens, 47, of Ashley Falls, submitted to sufficient facts for a plea of guilty to one count of larceny by check under $250. She was ordered to pay $77.88 in restitution. The charge will be dismissed upon payment.
