In Northern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday:

Aleshia Dunham, 32, of Depot Street, Bennington, Vt., admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle that was continued without a finding until Sept. 30. She was found not responsible for a motor vehicle lights violation.

In Northern Berkshire District Court on Friday:

Kristen Roberts, 35, of Mohawk Forest Boulevard, North Adams, had a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. She was found not responsible for operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

James Rancourt, 22, of River Road, Clarksburg, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. He was found not responsible for speeding.

Leah Burgos-Ledford, 26, of Harold Street, Pittsfield, had c ahrge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. She was fount not responsible for speeding.

David King, 38, of Lanesborough Road, Cheshire, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle that was continued without a finding until Oct. 3.

Nicholas Decarolis, 29, of Spring Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of malicious destruction of property under $250 that was continued without a finding until Dec. 27. He was ordered to pay $424.57 in restitution.

Michael Lavigne, 19, of Liberty Street, North Adams, had two counts of assault and battery and a single count of assault with a dangerous weapon continued without a finding until March 1, 2017.
