In Northern Berkshire District Court on Monday:

Chad Roy, 34, of Beaver Street, North Adams, had a charge of failing to register as a sex offender dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Jonathan Oliver, 24, of Morris Drive, North Adams, had charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Timothy McEvoy, 29, of Arnold Place, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of operating under the influence that was continued without a finding until Feb. 27, 2017. He was fined $600. McEvoy was found not responsible for failing to stop.

Gregory Bosworth, 23, of Leonard Street, Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle that was continued without a finding until March 30. He was fined $200.

Michael Petri, 50, of Morningside Avenue, Adams, had a charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. He was also found not responsible for a number plate violation.

In Southern Berkshire District Court on Thursday:

Alexis D. Betacchi, 36, of Dresser Ave., Great Barrington, submitted to sufficient facts for a plea of guilty in separate dockets to two counts each of forgery by check, larceny over $250 and uttering false checks. She was ordered to pay a total of $1,650 in restitution and her case was continued without a finding until Feb. 17, 2017.

In Southern Berkshire District Court on Monday:

Steven R. Plankey, 22, of South Main Street, Sheffield, submitted to sufficient facts for a plea of guilty to one count each of possession of a class D substance with intent to distribute, possession of a class E substance, .attempting to conceal a false license plate, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and having an expired registration sticker. He was fined a total of $100 and his case was continued without a finding until Feb. 27, 2017.
