In Berkshire Superior Court on Tuesday:

Ricardo Lozada, 31, aka Jose Rodriguez aka Richardo Lozada, of Adams, was arraigned on charges of trafficking in heroin and conspiracy to violate drug laws.

He was ordered held on $50,000 bail by Judge John Agostini.

The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at his home on Oct. 22.

The investigation was conducted by members of the North Adams and Dalton police departments, the Berkshire County Sheriff's Office and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney's Office, members of the Berkshire Law Enforcement Task Force.

In Berkshire Superior Court on Wednesday:

Casey L. Hall, 31, of Adams, was arraigned on charges of trafficking in heroin and conspiracy to violate drug laws.

She was ordered held on $50,000 bail by Judge John Agostini.

The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at 56 Orchard Street in Adams on Oct. 22, 2015.

The investigation was conducted by members of the North Adams and Dalton police departments, the Berkshire County Sheriff's Office and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney's Office, members of the Berkshire Law Enforcement Task Force.

Jose Navarrete, 41, was arraigned on charges of trafficking in cocaine, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, illegal ownership of a firearm and possession of ammunition without a firearm.

He was ordered held on $50,000 bail by Judge John Agostini.

The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at his residence on Nov. 12, 2015.

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield, Dalton and North Adams police departments, the Berkshire County Sheriff's Office and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney's Office, members of the Berkshire Law Enforcement Task Force.

Gregory J. Parslow Jr., 29, of Pittsfield, was arraigned on charges of possession of heroin with intent to distribute (second offense), conspiracy to violate drug laws and possession of buprenorphine.

He was ordered held on $2,000 bail by judge John Agostini.

The charges stem from a motor vehicle stop and the execution of a search warrant at his residence on Oct. 9, 2015.

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department, the Berkshire County Sheriff's Office and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney's Office, members of the Berkshire Law Enforcement Task Force.

Francisco Reyes, 35, of Pittsfield, was arraigned on charges of rape of a child by force (two counts) and indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 (three counts).

He was ordered held on $7,500 bail by Judge John Agostini.

It is alleged that Reyes sexually assaulted a girl now 14 years of age. The incidents are alleged to have occurred in Pittsfield between Nov. 1, 2014 and July 1, 2015.

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
