In Northern Berkshire District Court on Monday:

Charlotte Leake, 54, of Sutton Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of disturbing the peace that was decriminalized. Leake was found responsible but no fines were imposed.

Gary Brault, 51, of Prospect Street, Chicopee, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of malicious destruction of property over $250 that was continued without a finding until May 27, 2016. He was fined $90.

In Southern Berkshire District Court Nov. 23:

Corey Sinopoli, 25, of Churchill Road, Pittsfield, submitted to sufficient facts for a plea of guilty to one count of assault and battery on a family member. He was fined a total of $250 and his case was continued without a finding until May 23, 2016.

Jason C. Ouellette, 41, of County Road, Great Barrington, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. He was fined a total of $1,150, placed on probation until Nov. 20, 2017 and ordered to register for a 14-day inpatient program for alcohol abuse. He submitted to sufficient facts for a plea of guilty to one count each of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and possession of alcohol in a motor vehicle. He was found not responsible to charges of driving outside marked lanes and a lights violation.

Robert E. Garbarind, Jr., 49, of Claire Street, Chicopee, submitted to sufficient facts for a plea of guilty to one count of leaving the scene of an accident. He was fined a total of $150 and his case was continued without a finding until Dec. 21.

Alexandra L. Hammond, 23, of Fairview Street, Lee, submitted to sufficient facts for a plea of guilty to one count of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. She was fined a total of $600, ordered to surrender her license for 45 days and attend an alcohol education program. Her case was continued without a finding until Nov. 29, 2016. She was found not responsible to one charge each of possession of alcohol in a motor vehicle, speeding and a lights violation.

Eric C. Desaulniers, 23, of Center Street, Lee submitted to sufficient facts for a plea of guilty to one count of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. He was fined a total of $350, ordered to surrender his license for 45 days and enter an alcohol education program. His case was continued without a finding until Nov. 21, 2016. Charges of leaving the scene of a property value accident and reckless operation of a motor vehicle were dismissed.
