In the Courts
The following cases were heard Friday in Southern Berkshire District Court in Great Barrington:
Melissa R. Raffael, 29, of Main Marion Road, Becket, amitted to sufficient facts for a guilty finding of one count of assault and battery in connection with an incident on May 5. She was fined $100 and ordered to perform 20 hours of community service. The case was continued without a finding until Sept. 14.
Kevin J. Hennessey, 58, of Hewins St., Sheffield, admitted to facts sufficient for a guilty finding of driving while under the influence of alcohol in connection with an incident on March 24. He was fined a total of $665, ordered to complete an alcohol education program and surrender his license for 45 days. The case was continued without a finding until June 18, 2014. He was found not responsible to a charge of driving outside marked lanes.
Allison K. Ford, 32, of Sisson Hill Road, New Marlborough, pled guilty to one count each of operating under the influence and child endangerment in connection with an incident on Jan. 9. She was fined $665 and placed on probation until June 18, 2015. Her license was suspended for 45 days and she was ordered to attend an alcohol education program. A sentence of 90 days in the House of Correction was suspended.
Joseph T. Dellamarggio, 52, of Kings Road in Stratford, Conn., submitted to sufficient facts for a guilty finding in connection with an incident on May 28. He was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol and driving outside marked lanes. He was fined $665, ordered to surrender his license for 45 days and attended an alcohol education program.
