In the Courts
In Southern Berkshire District Court on Monday, April 7:
- Kyle S. Dus, 28, of 179 Main St., Great Barrington, pleaded guilty to one count of disorderly conduct in connection with an incident that happened on March 20 on Railroad Street. He was fined $150.
- The case of Todd H. Lyman, 31, of 147 North Center St., Millerton, N.Y. was continued without a finding. He was charged with operating under the influence, transporting alcohol in a motor vehicle and failing to stay within marked lanes in connection with a Feb. 3 incident in Great Barrington. He was fined a total of $600 and ordered to surrender his license for 45 days. He was found not responsible for the OUI charge.
In Northern Berkshire District Court on Tuesday, April 8:
- Craig Lake , 35, of Chase Avenue, North Adams, was found guilty of disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. Lake was fined $150.
- Cindy Peterson , 42, of Chase Avenue, North Adams, was found guilty of disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. Peterson was fined $150.
