In the Courts


In Southern Berkshire District Court on Monday:

n Mitchell Tyler, 28, of Southfield, was found guilty of Class A drug possession, and he had a charge of Class E drug possession dismissed. He was fined $300.

n Brian Scolforo, 21, of Prospect Street, Lee, admitted to sufficient fact for leaving the scene of property damage. He was fined $50.

n Richard Pruhenski Jr., 53, of Housatonic, will have a charge of larceny by check under $250 dismissed if he pays restitution. He also had three other charges dismissed of larceny by check under $250. He was fined $205.

n Nathaniel Reily, 31, of Lee, had his drug case moved to Berkshire Superior Court, where he was indicted and arraigned following a recent drug arrest and four drug investigations in the last year.


In Northern Berkshire District Court on Tuesday:

n Jason Schultz, 43, of Pleasant Street, Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of disorderly conduct, assault, resisting arrest, assault, shoplifting by asportation, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and assault and battery. Schultz was sentenced to nine months in Berkshire County Jail & House of Correction.
