In the Courts: Cases heard in Northern Berkshire and South Berkshire District Courts
In Southern Berkshire District Court on Thursday:
Marx H. Fernandez, 34, of State Road, Great Barrington, was sentenced to 60 days in the Berkshire County Jail & House of Correction, with credit for 30 days of time served. Fernandez pleaded guilty to one count of driving with a license suspended for OUI in connection with an incident on May 13.
In Northern Berkshire District Court on Friday:
Denise Blaisdell, 47, of Gallup Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of assault and battery that was continues without a finding until Sept. 30, 2014. Blaisdell was fined $50.
In Northern Berkshire District Court on Monday:
Mark Schneider, 42, of Luce Road, Williamstown, had charges of class B drug possession and operating a motor vehicle with license revoked dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.
Jennifer Richardson, 39, of Hoosac Street, North Adams, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Richardson was also found not responsible for an unregistered motor vehicle.
Christopher Clark, 36, of East Hoosac Street, Adams, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.
