In the Courts: Northern Berkshire District Court
In Northern Berkshire District Court on Monday:
Michael Malloy, 30, of Commercial Street, Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and an uninsured motor vehicle that were continued without a finding until July 30, 2014. Malloy was fined $50.
Robert Sumner, 36, of Ashland Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of disturbing the peace.
Kayla Crandall, 25, of East Quincy Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of assault and battery that was continued without a finding until Dec. 21, 2014. Crandall was fined $50. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed after Crandall admitted to sufficient facts for a finding of a guilty.
