In the Courts: Northern Berkshire District Court
In Northern Berkshire District Court on Tuesday, May 27:
Benjamin Kelson, 20, of Furnace Hill, Cheshire, had a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle dismissed upon payment of $100 in fines.
Rashawn Thompson, 25, of North Adams, pleaded guilty to class B drug possession, subsequent offense, and was sentenced to six months in Berkshire County Jail & House of Correction with 26 days of credit for time already served.
Mary Gardner, 35, of Columbia Street, Adams, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.
In Northern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday, May 28:
Alyssa Wylde, 23, of River Road, Clarksburg, admitted to sufficient facts on charges of larceny under $250 and larceny from a building that were continued without a finding until Nov. 18, 2015. Wylde was ordered to pay $125 in restitution and fined $90.
In a separate case, Wylde admitted to sufficient facts on charges of improper use of a credit card under $250 and receiving a stolen credit card that were continued without a finding until Nov. 18, 2015. Wylde was ordered to pay $423 in restitution and fined $50.
Shelby Walden, 38, of Temple Street, North Adams, had charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and an uninsured motor vehicle dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.
