In the Courts: Northern Berkshire District Court

In Northern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday:

  • Patrick Bunt, Jr., 25, of State Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of larceny under $250. He was fined $200.
  • Daniel Angove, 29, of Walnut Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Angove was also found responsible for improper operation of a motor vehicle. Angove was fined $200.
  • Kirt Laforest, 42, of Brough Road, Cheshire, had two charges of assault and battery and two charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon dismissed for a failure to prosecute.
  • Andrew Boudreau, 24, of Tunnel Street, Readsboro, Vt., admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of operating under the influence that was continued without a finding until March 25, 2015. Boudreau was fined $600, and found not responsible for a motor vehicle brakes violation.
  • Jackee Daniels, 27, of Mohawk Trail, North Adams, had charges of assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, wanton destruction of property over $250, malicious destruction of property under $250, and intimidating a witness dismissed for a failure to prosecute.
  • John Lennon, of Crandall Street, Adams, had a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.
  • Laura Burgmaster, 50, of Howland Avenue, Adams, had a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.
