Ingegni's homer leads Lenoxdale to Legion win

PITTSFIELD -- Armani Ingegni smacked a three-run home run in the top of the seventh inning Wednesday night to give Lenoxdale a dramatic 5-4 win over the Tyler Aces at Clapp Park.

The Aces had a 4-2 lead with one out when Ingegni came to bat. In the bottom of the seventh, Austin Salnitis came in to seal the victory.

"We were sitting in pretty good shape -- we thought -- when the roof fell in," said Aces coach Bill Dassat.

The Aces loaded the bases on an error and two walks in the inning, but Salnitis held on for the win.

Williams and Paul Boutiette each doubles for Lenox.
