Lee: Library kicks off summer reading


Children and tweens/teens are invited to participate in the Lee Library Association's summer reading programs.

Presto Pete and Incredulous Chris, a two-man kid's comedy magic team, will kick off the children's program from 11 a.m. to noon Wednesday, June 29. This year's theme is "On Your Mark, Get Set, Read!"

The tween/teen program, "Get in the Game. READ!," begins Thursday, June 30, with "Swords Through the Ages" presented by sword performers and historians Jeff Goodhind and Jeff Lord from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.
