Lenox: COA to offer senior wellness series

The Lenox Council on Aging is offering a series of presentations by local professionals addressing senior health issues. Presentations will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Lenox Community Center, 65 Walker St., on the following schedule:

Monday, April 7: Britney Danials from New Life Chiropractic will present "Stay Young: The First 100 Years" and how to avoid musculoskeletal problems which interfere with mobility.

Friday, April 25: Canyon Ranch Nutritionist Chrissie Wellington will address healthy food choices, reading the changing nutrition labels, dealing with dietary restrictions, and more.

Tuesday, May 20: Dr. Kevin Mitts from Berkshire Orthopaedic Associates will address joint health, arthritic knee and hip options and replacement surgery.

There is no charge, refreshments will be served and everyone is welcome. Information: (413) 637-5535.
