Posted
Berkshire Lyric will present its annual "Kick The Winter Blues" pop concerts at 7 p.m. Saturday, March 17, and 3 p.m. Sunday, March 18, at the Town Hall Auditorium.

The two identical concerts, titled "The Musical World of Disney," will feature music from decades of Walt Disney movies, such as "I've Got No Strings," "Zip-a-dee-doo-Dah," "Under the Sea," "When You Wish Upon a Star," and "Beauty and the Beast."

The Berkshire Lyric Chorus, the Blafield Children's Chorus and Melodious Accord will be led by Berkshire Lyric Artistic Director Jack Brown and accompanied by Joe Rose.

The concerts will conclude with a sing-along. The audience is encouraged to dress as Disney characters.

Recent KTWB concerts have been standing room only. Tickets may be purchased from chorus members or at www.BerkshireLyric.org. Tickets cost $20 with children admitted free. A reception will follow each concert.
