Lenox: Jeffrey Folmer returns to Ventfort Hall for benefit concert
Singer/songwriter/guitarist Jeffrey Folmer will perform a one night only benefit concert for Ventfort Hall Mansion and Gilded Age Museum from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, July 2, in Ventfort’s Great Hall.
Folmer, whose music is generally classified as "Americana," will perform a concert of all original songs ranging from mellow ballads, to high-energy tunes, to songs of off-beat humor.
Folmer served as executive director of Ventfort Hall from 2006 to 2010. As a songwriter and performer, he has been a finalist in prestigious national competitions.
Tickets are $10. Food and beverages, plus wine and beer (for donations), will be available on the mansion porch overlooking the Great Lawn. Doors open one-half hour before the concert and seating is general admission.
Ventfort Hall is located at 104 Walker St. For reservations or more information, call (413) 637-3206 or visit GildedAge.org.
