As of Oct. 25, St. Ann’s Parish House will be the new home of the S.H.A.P.E. Club, a non-profit support organization for dieting and healthy lifestyle changes.

S.H.A.P.E., which stands for Self Help Awareness Program for Eating/Exercise, was established in 1986 and offers weekly weigh-ins, support and discussions without excessive costs.

Anyone with an interest in observing the organization’s agenda is encouraged to attend the first meeting free. Meetings are held from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. on Thursdays, and are open to all age groups.

More information may be obtained by calling Teresa Bragdon, (413) 446-5925.
