Letter: Another use for Easter bunny

To the editor of THE EAGLE:

The April 17 letter "Bunnies aren’t good Easter gifts" fails to note that bunnies also make an excellent Easter dinner.

Clean in the usual way. Toss pieces in seasoned flour. Lay them on a bed of precooked rice in a 9x12 pan, cover with a mixture of condensed cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Wrap aluminum foil over the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes. One bunny per serving. Tasty. Even better the next day.

Oh, by the way, anyone who insists on keeping a rabbit as a pet should make sure it’s a female. Fully grown males can be very aggressive, employing their claws and teeth at will. Not pretty.
