Letter: Dr.’s office shows caring, compassion


To the editor of THE EAGLE:

I want to give a very special and public thanks to Dr. Brian Dempsey and his staff. It is truly hard these days to get good "customer service" and compassion from someone in a doctor’s office. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse practitioner treats you with respect and dignity. They are always happy to help you and willing to fit you in even for scraped knees and bug bites the same day you call.

Last winter my son had an earache and I showed up on a Saturday -- no scheduled appointment no phone call -- and they took him in. I know it was an inconvenience but never once did they show me the slightest bit of annoyance.

Dr. Dempsey, you have created a culture of caring and compassion in your office. For that and taking such good care of my kids, I thank you and your team.
