Letter: In Hinsdale, it is hard to stop anger

To the editor of THE EAGLE:

In reference to the May 15 column "Letting go of anger in Hinsdale" by Vivian Mason, letting go of hostility in a Select Board meeting these days is impossible. This is mostly due to the "listen and don’t be heard" attitude of the chairperson. As an example, a request to speak up last Wednesday evening was met with aggression from two board members, and a threat to remove was made. People like with disabilities such as a loss of hearing, which I have had, are being denied a basic right.

See you at the elections, hopefully we can make changes before we all go broke. I am have no political background, I am just a good-old fashioned taxpayer and voter.
