Letter: Magical innocence offered to children
As parents, we are constantly being told how to raise happy, healthy, well-adjusted children — children who grow up to be happy, health, well-adjusted adults. The formula is so simple. The answer is, the cultivation of innocence, magical innocence.
A perfect example was offered on the lawn of the Stockbridge Library the Saturday afternoon before last when Deborah Harris presented one of her Isadora Duncan children's classes in performance. Graceful, beautiful movement, exquisitely performed to the accompaniment of classical music, brought us innocence and angelic participation. Thank you Deborah Harris and Isadora Duncan!
